Agents
Purpose-driven AI agents operating within defined knowledge, authority, and policy boundaries.
The Problem
LLMs can reason and agents can increasingly act. Businesses still have to decide what information an agent may use, which systems it can access, which models may process the data, what actions require approval, and what must be audited.
PRAXIS is being designed around those operating questions.
Six capabilities converge in PRAXIS to create a governed agent platform.
Purpose-driven AI agents operating within defined knowledge, authority, and policy boundaries.
RAG environments aligned with the organization, from corporate knowledge to departments, projects, and individual workspaces.
Apply approved models according to workload, cost, privacy, and policy requirements.
Connect agents to approved business capabilities through tools, APIs, enterprise systems, and governed MCP access.
Coordinate agent work across retrieval, tools, approvals, and multi-step business processes.
Control knowledge, models, tools, actions, lifecycle, approvals, and audit requirements inside the agent operating environment.
Department-First Adoption
Start with one problem, one team, or one department. Prove the value. Expand into additional areas while preserving a coherent corporate architecture.
Departments operate independently. Corporate federation connects shared identity, policy, and approved knowledge when authorized.
Corporate, department, team, project, workspace, and individual RAG scopes can contribute context where the user and agent are authorized to access them. The goal is relevant authorized context, not unrestricted access to everything the organization knows.
Child scopes inherit authorized knowledge from parents. Permissions enforced at every level.
Governed Execution
PRAXIS is designed to evaluate identity, roles, claims, policy, knowledge permissions, tool permissions, and approval requirements before governed execution.
Temporary project environments can carry their own permissions, model restrictions, tool restrictions, retention period, and disposition policy. When the project reaches its configured lifecycle boundary, PRAXIS is intended to enforce the appropriate policy unless an authorized governance rule changes the outcome.
PRAXIS is being designed with a guided setup path for organizations that want to move quickly, while allowing deeper technical configuration for experienced IT teams.
